Abby Brennan is an ACE alumnus. She played as a left side/right side hitter for her U17 & U18 years; she also did some training as a setter with her High School team. This will be her second year returning to ACE as an Assistant Coach and her first as a Head Coach. As a player, Abby’s High School team won the CCSD City Championships in 2017/18 where she played as a setter. She also had the opportunity to compete with ACE in the SCVA Las Vegas Classic in both 2019 and 2020. There, Abby was scouted by several coaches and signed to a school in California – Los Angeles Mission College. She also communicated with schools such as Manhattanville College, Saint Joseph’s College and several other NCAA schools across different divisions. Due to Covid-19, Abby remained in Calgary for her schooling and began her journey as a Coach with ACE. She is very excited to bring her competitiveness, positivity, dedication, and love for the sport to her teams this season.
