Gordon joined Ace after several years with the Jr. Canucks program. Gordon has a passion for volleyball, along with a spirited personality and an enthusiasm that athletes appreciate. The foundation of his coaching philosophy is built upon inspiring a shared vision, enabling others to act, and encouraging the heart. Gordon is a firm believer that success in athletics is also a predictor of success in life. To that end, Gordon works for an Alberta-based organization that provides mentorship opportunities to young female athletes, and whose mission it is to keep them engaged in sport for life.
