Kaitlyn has been in the volleyball community for going on 10 years. She started her club experience first playing for Peak Volleyball club, after that she played a few years with Canada West Volleyball Club where she won a gold medal with her team in AVA 3, and was able to finish her club career at Ace her u18 year. Kaitlyn played all 3 years of high school at Lord Beaverbrook where she had won a Division 2 city Championship in grade 11, and won a Division 2 silver medal in her senior year as team captain. Along with playing, she started coaching with Ace in the 2018/2019 season. In the 2019/2020 season, Kaitlyn was presented with the Assistant Coach of the Year award for her willingness to grow as a coach and to seek out new opportunities. As well as coaching club volleyball, Kaitlyn returns as an alumni coach every year at Lord Beaverbrook where she has done both head and assistant coaching roles.
