Coach Erin is excited to return to Ace this year, where she will be coaching one of the U14 girls' team in Cochrane. This marks her second season with Ace, but her volleyball experience spans nearly 30 years of competitive play, as well as coaching at various summer camps and clinics. 

Coach Erin’s philosophy focuses on establishing a strong foundation of fundamentals while promoting teamwork and creating a positive, inclusive team culture where every player feels valued and empowered. Her goal is to foster a lifelong passion for the game, forge lasting friendships, and create cherished memories for all her players.
