Kate Asplund

Kate is a first year assistant coach who is ready to start her coaching career and is excited to help young athletes find a passion for volleyball. Kate is an ACE alumni having played U14 - U18. She started her volleyball journey in Okotoks but switched to the Calgary chapter in U17 and U18. She helped her high school senior varsity team make it to finals for zones. Kate was offered a spot to play Post Secondary Volleyball in the USA but chose to stay in Canada for her family. She is currently a first year Massage Therapy student at Lethbridge Polytechnic and can’t wait to get back to the court as a coach.
